Security and account safety

Protect your Orivault account and understand verification limits.

Protect your sign-in

Keep email access and verification codes private. Never give another person your password, wallet seed phrase or private key. Use the sign-in page to access your own account.

Check the destination

Confirm the token, network and displayed receiving address before sending funds. Unsupported assets may have no destination. Sending to a wrong network or address can cause permanent loss.

Understand verification

The current welcome checkbox is a visual animation, not an actual Cloudflare challenge or proof that a visitor is human. Its branding does not establish Cloudflare protection or endorsement. Manual deposit review does not guarantee investment safety.

Report an account concern

Sign in and use the Support section in your account to report a suspicious transaction or account issue. Never include passwords, email codes, seed phrases or private keys in a support message.
